Recently I was invited to contribute to a beauty industry virtual conference. The idea of creating a short exercise break as part of the conference was raised by the organizers, knowing that people would be sitting in front of their computers during a long day (8:00 am to 5:00 pm). Needless to say, I was happy to oblige. Due to Covid-19, work conditions and circumstances have changed, and increased awareness of long hours sitting is a must. Here is the link to 10 min chair exercise routine one can do during a day’s work without stopping the work.
